Yes, we offer custom T-shirt printing! You can upload your own designs, images, or text, or select patterns from our design library for personalized customization.
3. How long does it take for my order to ship?
Our standard shipping time is typically 2-7 business days, depending on inventory availability and order volume.
4. What fabric is the T-shirt made of?
QINK use Gildan brand T-shirts, which are guaranteed
forquality.
5. If I receive a defective item, how do I return or exchange it?
For standard products (e.g., pre-designed items without customization), we offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy.
For all custom apparel items (e.g., personalized T-shirts), we provide a 30-day quality guarantee covering manufacturing defects. This means we will resolve any issues involving printing errors, fabric flaws, or discrepancies from your order.

Currently, we offer delivery to the 48 contiguous states in the United States.
We do not currently support delivery to:

Puerto Rico (PR)
U.S. overseas territories (such as Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, etc.)
